"The staff here is the most rude and inconsiderate group of people I've ever seen at an establishment. Their skill and ability as medical professionals is also sub-par. I've been bruised multiple times without being able to donate because they stuck me incorrectly too many times and the scariest part is the number of people I've seen become seriously ill and/or start seizing! During my last physical the nurse asked me when the last time I ate was and said "I've had too many people go into shock recently" LIKE WHAT?! Who tells someone that right before they're about to donate... unprofessional and irresponsible if you ask me"
